Thank you for choosing LILUK Lash and Brows for your lash and brow services. Before proceeding with your bookings, please read and understand our Terms and Conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. By using our booking system, you agree to comply with the following terms:
Booking and Appointments:
Account Creation: It is not mandatory for users to create an account to book appointments.
Guest Booking: Users can make appointments without the need to create an account.
Group Bookings: Group bookings are not allowed.
Payment Collection: We collect up to £60 deposit at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept card, cash and online payments.
Additional Fees: There are no additional fees or charges associated with specific services.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, users will lose the deposit or prepaid amount for the service. We only allow customers to use a deposit paid for a different treatment if informed 48h before the innital booking has started.
Rescheduling: Users can reschedule appointments under emergency circumstances by informing us at least 48h before the initial appointment otherwise deposit/amount prepaid will be taken as a late cancellation fee.
Notification: Users will be notified of changes to their appointments via email/text message.

Services and Service Providers:
Offered Services: We offer lash extension, lash lift, eyebrow lamination, tint and shape, henna brows and eyebrow permanent makeup services.
Preferred Service Provider: Users cannot choose a specific service provider; technicians are not assigned.
Preparation Guidelines: Users are required to read our FAQ section for preparation guidelines.
Service Limitations: There may be limitations or restrictions on who can receive certain services; please refer to our FAQ section.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not happy with our service provided please send us an email with detailed explanation, you must add evidence (your own pictures) that treatment was performed incorrectly. We do not take responsibility for allergic reactions occurred. We require a patch test at least 24h before every treatment provided at our salon to minimise the risk. If you know you are allergic or sensitive to any product you must tell us before the treatment.
Refund Period: Refunds for deposits paid are not issued at any time.
Privacy and Data Protection:
Data Handling: User data collected during the booking process is encrypted for protection.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not share user information with third parties for any purpose.
Required Information: Users must provide their name, surname, phone number, and email to book appointments.
Data Storage: We do not store user data.
Code of Conduct:
User Behavior: Users are expected to adhere to proper conduct during appointments; please refer to our FAQ section for guidelines.
Unacceptable Behavior: Any abusive or disrespectful behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service.
Safety Measures: In cases of emergencies or threats, we always contact the police.
Liability and Disclaimers:
Insurance Coverage: We are fully insured, providing additional protection during our lash and brow services.
Service Outcomes: While we strive for exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for individual services.
Governing Law:
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK).
